Return Policy
After receiving your order, you have 7 days (Greece) / 10–14 days (International orders ) to return the product(s).
Please submit your return request through your customer account. Once the request is submitted, please allow 2 business days to receive a reply.
After receiving confirmation of your request, you have 3 business days to deliver the package to a designated pick-up point or, if you choose another carrier, to ship the package and provide us with the tracking code.
Return Options
When requesting a return, you may choose between:

Exchange – exchange your item for another available size or product (subject to stock availability).

Store Credit – a credit note equal to the value of your return, issued in the form of a discount code, sent to you by email.

This store credit can be redeemed at any time in the future, with no expiration date.

The credit can only be used on purchases made directly at the official SANDY TZATZOU online store, and not through partner retailers.

⚠️ Refunds are not offered, except in the case of a faulty or defective product.
Return Conditions

Returned product(s) must be in the same condition as delivered (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging).

Items with missing tags, signs of use, laundering, or alterations will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Returns are not accepted for custom-made or personalized products, or items marked as “NON-RETURNABLE” in their description, in accordance with the law.
Return Shipping

Greece: Returns are handled exclusively via ACS Courier, with “recipient charge” selected. One free return is available per order; additional returns are at the customer’s expense.

International: Returns must be shipped via FedEx with tracking. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties and taxes.
We do not accept returns via Greek Post due to frequent losses and delays.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the store credit will be issued in the name of the original purchaser.
