Sandy Tzatzou orders are being fulfilled safely, at a facility with the highest levels of sanitary measures in place. due to these heightened measures, please allow a few more days for your order to be processed.
as part of these health and safety precautions, and to help keep our warehouse team safe, all returns are being held for two to three business days before being processed. since the safety of our customers is of top priority, we are accepting returns outside our 14-28 day policy.

Orders over 200 €: FREE
– orders ship out within 2 – 3 business days monday – friday. ship times are approximately 3 – 5 business days, depending on location.
– placed mon – thur before 3 pm EST: next day delivery.
– placed friday before 3 pm EST: monday delivery.
– placed friday after 3 pm EST: ships monday for tuesday delivery.
– placed on a holiday: ships first day after service resumes for next day
delivery.

International shipping
DHL, all packages under 2 kg: 35 €
DHL, all packages over 2 kg: 50 €
Please note: orders to Russia can only be delivered to business addresses. orders with residential addresses will be marked undeliverable and sent back. if you would like to place an order, please email customer service at hello.sandytzatzou.com.
ship times are approximately 5 -10 business days but can vary based on delivery country. all duties and taxes will be paid by the customer upon receipt. packages returned due to non-payment of duties and taxes will be assessed a $35 return shipping fee.

Undeliverable packages
if a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable, the carrier may return the package. we are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at time of order. please note packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses. undeliverable merchandise will be refunded once it is returned. all returned orders will be assessed a return shipping fee.
Returns
if you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14-28 days upon receiving your parcel to return your item(s). please send the unused item(s) in its original and unworn condition with sandytzatzou tags, . items with any tags or liners removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Sandy tzatzou reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in anyway.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
